SA514 Gr Q steel plate is a hot-rolled carbon steel plate belonging to SA514 specification. It is mainly used in structural applications, especially in the construction and mining industries.
SA514 Gr Q has good weldability and processability, making it suitable for manufacturing heavy-duty components and structures. Lower carbon content enhances weldability while maintaining strength. It has a minimum yield strength of 100,000 psi (690 MPa) and a maximum tensile strength of 110,000-130,{{000 psi (760-900 MPa).
